Refunds

We hope that you love your purchase! However, if you are unhappy, you have 10 days from receiving your order to return or exchange your item.
To request a return, email returns@caprettoshoes.com with your order number, requesting a return. All returns must have an RMA number in the box. Please use our UPS return label on your parcel. All items must be returned the way they were received.

Holiday Season we will allow an extended period for returns. Items purchased in the month of December can be returned up until the first week of January.

Refunds may take several days to process and appear on your credit card.


KEEPING YOUR RETURN IN ORIGINAL CONDITION
Please maintain items in pristine condition so that we may accept your return and it may be resold to other customers. All items must be returned unworn and with their original tags attached.
Here are some additional tips:


Shoes
Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface so always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes: These are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with shoes. The original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a shipping box. 

Handbags:
All handbags with security seals must be returned with the seal in tact, and wrapped in their original dustbags.

Are you local? All items purchased online can also be returned in-store at our South Miami boutique.

Sale merchandise will be final sale, and is not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
